Current Focus

Working across painting sculpture, textiles, installation, photography and digital media, my practice examines the interconnected relationships between people, place and the natural environment. Drawing on imagery from coastal landscapes, forests, oceans and organic forms to figurative subjects, I explore themes of fragility, transformation, and ecological resilience. Experimentation is central to my process, combining recycled textiles, paint, wire, plaster, printmaking, image transfer, sewing and the moving image to create layered, material-led works. Informed by a lifelong impulse to make and a growing concern for the climate crisis, my work invites reflection on our responsibility to the environments we inhabit and the futures we collectively shape.
